What we're looking for:
Knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting Windows desktop PC’s.
Strong customer service skills.
Confident to engage with our internal and external customers to resolve issues.
GCSE Grade A-C in Maths & English or equivalent
ICT qualification at grade 4 or above.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Methodical, accurate, with strong attention to detail.
Able to plan and prioritise workloads in a fast paced environment.
