IT Technician Apprentice - Fixed term for 18 months

As an IT Technician Apprenticeyou’ll be the first point of contact for staff and customers needing IT support, helping to troubleshoot issues and find practical solutions through our helpdesk service. You’ll combine your growing technical skills with excellent customer service, making sure people feel supported and their IT issues are resolved efficiently. Working alongside our experienced advanced-tier IT team, you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience, build your technical knowledge and develop the communication and problem-solving skills needed for a successful career in IT. What we're looking for: 

  • Knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting Windows desktop PC’s. 

  • Strong customer service skills.  

  • Confident to engage with our internal and external customers to resolve issues. 

  • GCSE Grade A-C in Maths & English or equivalent 

  • ICT qualification at grade 4 or above. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Methodical, accuratewith strong attention to detail. 

  • Able to plan and prioritise workloads in a fast paced environment.

  • Apprentice Salary: £15,435
